Job Description

As a Premier Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and acquiring new customers for the bank's CASA-RL segment. This role is crucial in expanding the bank's customer base and increasing market share. You will work closely with the sales team and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.   • Mentor and train junior sales team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Represent the bank at industry events and conferences, building the bank's reputation and network.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to make informed sales decisions.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services, including current account, savings account, and retail lending.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to travel as required for business development and client meetings.
  • Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining the bank's reputation and integrity.
