  • Join our team as a PreMaster in the dynamic field of magnetic sensing and work in a diverse, international environment focused on enabling innovative sensor solutions
  • By developing demonstrators for magnetic sensor applications, you translate ideas into practice using CAD modelling, 3D printing of prototypes, and dedicated software solutions
  • Through designing and executing tests, you evaluate sensor performance on different levels, from field and system-level setups to lab-based measurements directly on sensor level
  • Last but not least, you validate sensor performance and calibration concepts by applying Monte Carlo simulations within a virtual sensor environment

Qualifications

  • Personality: Enthusiastic about technology, eager to learn, and highly motivated to work in a dynamic team environment
  • Working Style: Analytical, detail-oriented, structured approach to problem-solving, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Experience and Knowledge: Prior exposure to CAD modelling, software development, or data analysis; experience with 3D printing and PCB design is a plus; proficiency in Python programming for data analysis and experiment design; familiarity with CAD design tools is an advantage
  • Languages: English (very good), German is a plus
  • Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field

Additional Information

The Bosch PreMaster Program (Gap Year Program) is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees  who want to complete a Master's degree. After the Bachelor's degree, the first phase provides up to 12 months' practical experience for familiarization with technical and business interrelationships. The second phase comprises the Master's course and includes personal mentoring on the road to successful completion.
