We are hiring a Pre-Loader for our Mississauga Distribution Centre located at 333 Matheson Blvd WestIf you pride yourself on your customer service skills this opportunity is for you!

As a Home Delivery Driver, you will provide our guests with a premium experience loading and unloading our product into their homes.

This position is being posted to fill an immediate staffing need within the department. We are actively seeking qualified candidates who can step into the role and contribute to the team as soon as possible.

As the Pre-loader you will:

  • Load products safely, efficiently, and in manifest order into company delivery vehicles.
  • Inspect items for showroom-quality standards and verify correct piece counts.
  • Reject products that do not meet company quality expectations.
  • Collaborate with Distribution Centre shipping personnel to complete loading on time.
  • Provide short-term emergency support with home deliveries when required.
  • Follow all safe-work practices, policies, and operational procedures.
  • Maintain delivery vehicles by ensuring full fuel levels and proper DEF replenishment.

As a successful candidate you will have the following:

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent skills and experience.
  • Valid G Class Driver’s License held for at least 1 year with a clean Driver’s Abstract.

  • 6 months to 1 year of Loading or Delivery Driver experience.
  • Experience with hand tools is an asset.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate varying equipment (load securement, blankets, straps, etc.).
  • Good physical condition with stamina to lift at least 50 – 100 pounds.
  • Ability to adapt to change in a business environment.
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service.
  • Criminal Record Check is required.
