This role is responsible for coordinating AWS thermoplastic fabrication activities at PFC Malaysia to ensure efficient production, compliance with quality and safety requirements, and timely delivery to project sites. Main Objectives • Manage and coordinate all AWS fabrication activities within PFC Malaysia. • Ensure fabrication output meets project schedule, quality, and delivery requirements. • Coordinate fabrication priorities with site teams and project management. • Monitor production capacity, manpower allocation, and workshop performance. • Support logistics planning and material readiness for project execution. Main Task 1. Plan and manage fabrication activities to meet project schedule. 2. Coordinate production priorities and resource allocation. 3. Monitor fabrication progress and provide status reports. 4. Coordinate logistics, delivery schedules, and installation readiness. 5. Ensure workshop compliance with quality and safety requirements. 6. Support ad-hoc project requirements. Job Requirements 1. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 2. Minimum 3 years experience in fabrication or production management. 3. Experience in Thermoplastic fabrication is an advantage. 4. Strong planning and coordination capabilities. 5. Good leadership and communication skills. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project planning software. 7. Ability to work under tight project schedules. Working hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
