Predictive Service Telemetry Architect, Commercial Personal Systems

We are seeking an experienced Telemetry Engineer to lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and integration of predictive service telemetry solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise across firmware, OS, software, agent, and cloud platforms, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external development partners.

Responsibilities
• Lead the architecture and design of telemetry solutions across FW, OS, software, agent, and cloud platforms.

• Drive and optimize development efforts including solution design, analysis, coding, testing, and system integration.

• Manage and expand relationships with internal and external development partners for software system design and delivery.

• Review and evaluate designs, ensuring compliance with development guidelines and standards; provide actionable feedback to enhance product quality and reduce risks.

• Serve as a domain expert, providing technical leadership and insights to cross-organization projects and initiatives.

• Champion innovation by integrating new technologies into software system designs and telemetry platforms.

• Mentor and guide junior engineers to support their technical growth and career development.


Education & Experience rquired
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

• 10+ years of software development experience

• Familiar with Predictive Service Telemetry.

• Skill with C++ in Windows OS context.
