Predictive Maintenance Technician – Corn Plant, Decatur, IL
This is an Non-Exempt level position.

The Predictive Maintenance Technician is responsible for developing and/or implementing, lubrication routes, oil sampling routes, oil filtering, ultrasonic motor greasing and repairs of lubrication systems. The Technician will read schematic diagrams and manuals to understand and troubleshoot the different oil systems for the machines within corn plant.
The Technician will support the development, installation, and implementation of on-line condition monitoring systems in lubrication or vibration intended to monitor the health of equipment identified as critical to the success of Corn Plant processes.
The Predictive Maintenance Technician will serve as a coach and mentor in support of training efforts relative to skill development of other Corn Plant personnel responsible for maintaining and/or operating the process and utility equipment.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
$46,900.00 - $86,500.00
