Position:
Predictive Analytics Analyst

Role Overview

The Predictive Analytics Analyst will support predictive and
advanced analytics initiatives by applying statistical modeling, data analysis,
and visualization techniques to solve complex business problems. This role
focuses on transforming large and complex datasets into actionable insights
that support decision‑making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  Support
  predictive and advanced analytics initiatives across multiple domains
• 
  Apply
  advanced analytical techniques including, but not limited to:

  Multivariate
  regression
• 
  Discrete
  choice modeling
• 
  Conjoint
  analysis
• 
  MaxDiff
• 
  Structural
  equation modeling
• 
  Time-series
  and panel data methods
• 
  Path
  analysis, factor analysis, and survival analysis
• 
  Interpret
  analytical results and translate them into clear, actionable insights
• 
  Design
  and develop data visualizations and dashboards
• 
  Implement
  and code analytical algorithms and models
• 
  Work
  with outcome-oriented datasets to support forecasting and performance
  measurement
• 
  Collaborate
  with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics solutions

Qualifications & Skills

Predictive Analytics & Modeling Expertise (25%)

• 
  Strong
  experience with statistical modeling and predictive techniques
• 
  Application
  of forecasting, segmentation, and classification methods
• 
  Practical
  use of analytics tools such as Python, SQL, and Databricks
• 
  Ability
  to apply advanced methods to real-world business problems

Data Management & Technical Proficiency (20%)

  Experience
  working with large and complex datasets

  Knowledge
  of data pipelines and enterprise data environments
• 
  Familiarity
  with Azure or comparable cloud platforms

  preparation, integration, and quality assurance experience

  implementing and managing Google Analytics tracking codes and Google Tag
