Job Location Tamuning, GU 96931 Salary Range $9.25 - $10.00 Hourly

OBJECTIVE

The Pre-Delivery Inspector thoroughly and accurately inspects each vehicle prior to delivery in accordance with Triple J’s procedures and instructions.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Detailing of vehicles to include cleaning, vacuuming, waxing, cleaning windows, removal of tapes, plastic stickers, and markings.

2. Perform and record inspections as required by vehicle manufacturers.

3. Ensure interior of vehicle is clean and free of debris.

4. Inspect and tag any discrepancies.

5. Ensure work area is clean and organized.

6. Maintain a safe working environment and follow all policies and procedures regarding safety.

7. Adhere to established quality and safety standards.

8. Perform duties in other areas as required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work is regularly performed primarily in the PDI work area. Work includes movement around vehicles, working in various physical positions, and the safe operation of power tools and test equipment. May be exposed to loud noise, vibration, exhaust fumes, and other service and repair conditions.



PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must be able to lift/carry at least 50 lbs.



POSITION TYPE

This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Must be able to work 8 hours a day and will be given a regular day off.

Qualifications

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

1. Ability to speak effectively one on one.

2. Ability to effectively listen.

3. Ability to interpret customer needs.

4. Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.

5. Valid driver’s license required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. High School Diploma or GED

2. A minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience in automotive is desired

3. Valid in-state driver's license required.
