Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Precision Medicine Execution & Management Intern from June 2027 – May 2028. This position works for approximately 37.5 hours per week in the summer and 20 hours per week for the remainder of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team with document management activities, including organizing and archiving files in internal SharePoint sites
• Support tracking and coordination of activities across projects
• Contribute to the team’s Project Management tasks
• Set up and manage timelines for short term projects
• Prepare and deliver a summary presentation at the end of the internship. 

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• The candidate must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in one of the STEM fields.
• Ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Smartsheet is a plus
