Responsibilities: This person will lead the standardization, execution, and continuous improvement of MFA Incorporated’s precision agronomy programs across all districts. This role ensures consistent workflows, high-quality data systems, and scalable processes that support the delivery of precision agronomy services. The person will also lead Retail Precision Agronomy Managers and work cross-functionally with Agronomy, Sales, IT, Data, and Operations to align systems, tools, and field execution. This role emphasizes operational consistency, platform governance, and service scalability while supporting the adoption and continuous improvement of precision solutions. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.
What You’ll Do
- Establish and maintain enterprise standards for precision agronomy workflows, including data handling, boundaries, layers, and templates
- Develop and implement SOPs for soil sampling, prescription development, and field execution
- Drive consistent execution across all locations through defined processes, performance tracking, and continuous improvement
- Lead governance of precision agronomy platforms (e.g., FieldAlytics), including configurations, templates, and user standards
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and usability across all systems
- Partner with IT and Data teams to support system improvements, integrations, and reporting
- Support adoption and consistent execution of precision agronomy services across districts
- Provide tools and guidance that enable standardized service delivery and value communication

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Agricultural Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in agronomy, precision agriculture, or related field
- 2+ years of leadership experience, preferably managing teams or managers
