Are you a creative and detail-oriented marketing professional looking to grow your career in hospitality? We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help bring our brands to life across digital, social, and on-property experiences.

This is a great opportunity to work across three leading hotel brands within a fast-paced precinct, collaborating with multiple departments and contributing to impactful campaigns that drive guest engagement and revenue.

Reporting to the Precinct Marketing Manager, you will support the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns across a range of channels including digital, social media, email marketing, PR, and partnerships. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our hotels are represented consistently and creatively across all touchpoints, while delivering measurable results.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the development and execution of the annual marketing and promotional plan
  • Manage and update digital channels including hotel websites, third-party platforms, and social media
  • Create engaging content for digital, print, and promotional use in line with brand guidelines
  • Coordinate and distribute EDM campaigns, including segmentation and performance analysis
  • Monitor and respond to social media engagement in a timely and professional manner
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations
  • Coordinate influencer and media stays, including itineraries and communications
  • Support PR initiatives, partnerships, and local marketing opportunities
  • Manage marketing databases and distribute communications for promotions and events
  • Assist with paid media campaigns from planning through to reporting
  • Provide administrative support including purchase orders, invoices, and campaign documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Revenue, Operations, and Finance

Qualifications

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor or tertiary qualified hospitality professional with at least 1 year of experience in either hotel operations or a sales and marketing role.
  • Strong focus and passion for hospitality, social media management and content creation.
  • Sound analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to provide recommendations and insights desirable.
  • Comfortable navigating and learning a range of systems and technology platforms with ease.
  • Experience using Canva or META is desirable.
  • Sound understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, websites, and EDMs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail who can multitask and juggle multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, creative, and results-driven mindset.
  • Confident working across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have full working rights in Australia.
