We are looking for a Pre-Sales Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Irving, Texas. In this role, you will serve as a key technical advisor during the sales process, working closely with both internal teams and prospective clients to design, present, and validate tailored connectivity solutions.
You will bridge the gap between customer requirements and Teltonika Networks’ technical capabilities, helping drive successful solution adoption while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Teltonika’s Networking Solutions Business Unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, including routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our devices power critical applications across Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy sectors.
This role is ideal for a technically driven professional who enjoys combining engineering expertise with customer engagement in a fast-growing global IoT organization.
