• Taking a hands-on approach to implementing new tools, process improvements, and initiatives once direction has been set by the pre-Sale’s leader, translating agreed priorities into practical team actions, new-starter onboarding, and ongoing performance training to support adoption, capability uplift, and sustained improvement across the team.
• Enforcing correct use of quote templates, pricing rules, and scope guidelines.
• Ensuring AMOS systems are accurate and up to date
• Ensuring the Pre Sales team consistently sets clear and accurate customer understanding of pricing, terms, and conditions, reinforcing correct positioning in conversations and reducing downstream risk or rework.
