Job Role / Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Solution Architects work with Account Management and engage directly with customers up to and including C-level throughout to improve their cyber security maturity, first understanding their challenges and business issues, then working to develop the right technical and commercial solution.
You will be responsible for evangelizing, positioning, and architecting security technologies and managed service from within your assigned region or technology focus.
You will manage the solution design and be responsible for technical responses to clients via Presentations, Proposals and RFPs, where required drawing on subject matter expertise from across the business.
Your contribution to evolution of services is also key, working closely with Product Management on technology evaluations, contributing to the development of new managed services offerings, keeping Product Management informed about customer views and perceptions, related information security issues and implications for our solutions.
Most importantly, we are looking for a team player, someone who will fit in to the existing comradery. We work hard but have fun together in doing so.
Due to the nature of the role, there will be a need from time to time to travel within the country, and occasionally overseas.
