Job title: Pre-sales product manager

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for H3C product promotion in Thailand market, analyze the local market pattern and customer needs, formulate targeted and competitive product strategies and solutions, and provide pre-sales technical support to channel partners and customers;

2. Responsible for make proposal, BoQ, SoC document, technical clarification in major project bidding;

3. Coordinate and arrange PoC, investigate the real needs of customers, and work with the team to set strategies.

4. Conduct customer visits and technical presentation, collect customer needs;

5. According to customer needs, propose and design corresponding product solutions, accurately grasp the project goals and cycle, communicate and coordinate with the headquarters department to ensure the smooth progress of the project;

6. Responsible for product explanation and presentation in marketing activities;

7. Improve the technical capabilities of sales staff and channel partners through training and other methods;

8. Analyze local industry trends, timely and accurate study, monitor, and analyze competitors' dynamics, output competition analysis reports, and propose corresponding countermeasures.

Requirements:

1. Have more than 5 years of product work experience in the communications industry, computer, communications, and related majors;

2. Candidates who have worked in well-known companies in the communications industry and have experience as pre-sales product managers are preferred.

3. Candidates who have IT (Server/Storage) experience, familiar with HCI and private cloud solutions (Open stack) are preferred.

4. Candidates who are familiar with switch/Router/Wi-Fi and SDN architecture experience are preferred

5. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, good training speech skills, information collection and analysis skills, and document writing skills;

6. Possess certain project management skills, strong communication skills, and a good spirit of cooperation;

7. Able to independently complete business research, market analysis, and organize project implementation;

8. Passionate and creative, brave to work under pressure and face challenges.
