We are currently looking for a dedicated Pre-Sales Manager to join one of our clients' teams If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to grow in an innovative environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead and manage the pre-sales team across hardware and software solutioning.

● Partner with sales teams to develop winning strategies for enterprise opportunities.

● Own solution architecture, proposal development, and RFP responses

● Work closely with the product and engineering teams to have a hold of the products features and technology

● Work closely with the partner network on BOQ and solutions for the end client

● Conduct executive-level presentations, demonstrations, and workshops.

● Ensure successful execution of POCs and technical evaluations.

● Build relationships with customers, consultants, channel partners, and system integrators.

● Drive competitive analysis and solution positioning.

● Work closely with product and engineering teams to align customer needs with product roadmap

● Establish pre-sales processes, documentation standards, and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field.

• 8-10 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales.

• Experience in access control, physical security, IoT, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions

• Strong leadership, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Proven experience managing large enterprise opportunities and RFPs

• Ability to engage with CXOs, IT leaders, facility heads, and security teams.
