Job Description

The Pre-Sales Implementation Specialist supports the sales organization by coordinating and advancing customer trials from kickoff through evaluation. This role partners closely with Account Executives and internal stakeholders to ensure trials are launched efficiently, customers receive timely support, usage is monitored, and follow-up actions are completed. The role helps increase seller capacity, improve trial execution, and create a better customer experience during the pre-sale process.

About the Role

As a Pre-Sales Implementation Specialist, you will be accountable for:

Trial coordination and execution

  • Coordinate pre-sale trial activities across active opportunities

  • Help manage trial setup, processing, extensions, and follow-up tasks

  • Ensure trial-related requests move efficiently between sales, customers, and internal teams

  • Track milestones, deadlines, and next steps throughout the trial lifecycle

Customer outreach and engagement:

  • Conduct customer outreach related to the trial with follow-up communication

  • Support customer engagement during active trials to help maintain momentum

  • Serve as a responsive point of contact for the sales team’s trial-related needs during the evaluation period Internal trial planning

  • Partner with Account Executives and internal stakeholders to plan and manage trial strategy

  • Coordinate internal meetings to review account progress, usage trends, issues, and next steps

  • Help keep internal teams aligned on priorities across multiple simultaneous trials User access and troubleshooting support

  • Assist customers and reps with account access and MyAccount-related issues

  • Troubleshoot common trial obstacles and escalate more complex issues when needed

  • Reduce friction that could prevent customer activation and product usage

Usage analysis and reporting

  • Monitor trial activity and usage trends

  • Prepare usage summaries, PowerPoint updates, and other materials to support rep follow-up

  • Identify signals of adoption, engagement gaps, and opportunities for intervention

  • Help translate usage data into actionable insights for the sales team Data and process support

  • Maintain accurate tracking of trial activity and support tasks

  • Build or manage Excel-based reports and trackers related to trials, opportunities, and outcomes

  • Identify ways to standardize trial workflows and improve efficiency

  • Support ongoing process improvement for the future-state trial team

About You

You're a fit for the role of Pre-Sales Implementation Specialist if your backgorund includes:

  • Experience in sales support, customer success, SAP orders for managed trials, revenue operations, or trial/program coordination

  • Strong project coordination and follow-through across multiple workstreams

  • Comfort working with customer-facing and internal stakeholders

  • Strong Excel and reporting skills

  • Ability to analyze product usage data and summarize findings clearly

  • Strong written communication and organizational skills

  • Experience supporting SaaS trials, pilots, onboarding, or pre-sales workflows is a plus

The target total cash compensation range varies across locations.
For
any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the target total cash compensation range for this role is $150,500 USD - $279,500 USD.
Pay
is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
Target
total cash compensation ranges are inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive. This job posting will close 09/12/2026.
