About the Team
The Lark Global Partnership Team is a dynamic and fast-growing organization focused on scaling Lark’s business through a strong partner ecosystem. We work closely with channel partners to bring Lark’s AI-powered, all-in-one collaboration platform to customers across the globe.
Our team combines deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and excellent storytelling to translate complex technology into real business value. As part of this team, you will collaborate with Sales, Partners, Product, and Customer Success to drive customer acquisition, accelerate partner enablement, and validate product-market in LATAM.
- Act as a core technical stakeholder across the end-to-end sales cycle, supporting partner-led opportunities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, partners, and internal teams on digital transformation and collaboration strategies
- Lead technical discovery and qualification by deeply understanding customer workflows, business challenges, and success criteria
- Deliver high-impact, value-based demos and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) tailored to customer use cases and industry scenarios
- Provide timely technical support throughout the sales process, including architecture design, solution positioning, and RFI/RFP responses
- Work closely with channel partners to enable, co-sell, and scale technical capabilities across the LATAM ecosystem
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Strategy) to address objections and build repeatable playbooks, demo assets, and best practices for LATAM expansion
