The Opportunity: Pre-Sales Engineer

Our client is looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to be the bridge between their cutting-edge technology and the businesses that need it most. In this role, you'll leverage your professional experience, business acumen, and technical expertise to guide prospective customers through their evaluation and expansion of our client's platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Pre-Sales teams to identify and drive revenue opportunities with enterprise accounts
• Build meaningful relationships as a trusted advisor to prospects' and customers' technical teams
• Own the technical evaluation process, showcasing customer-centric value
• Translate the platform's capabilities into tangible business value for customers
• Manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously with expert prioritization
• Bring cross-functional experience to consult with credibility
• Inform the product roadmap with market insights
• Represent the company with the utmost professionalism in every engagement

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 5-7+ years of experience in SaaS Pre-Sales
• 7-10+ years of industry experience
• Proven track record managing sales cycles and owning technical evaluations
• Working knowledge of various business units (Marketing, Product Operations, Retail Management, etc.)
• Understanding of business operations and value drivers across industries
• Experience with relational databases and data structuring
• Passion for solving complex business problems with unique solutions
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Technically savvy with knowledge of enterprise integration methodologies and API architecture
• Experience with low-code/no-code applications throughout the customer lifecycle
