Pre-Sales Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated Pre-Sales Engineer to support the sales team by providing technical expertise, solution design, and customer-facing presentations during the sales cycle. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring clients understand the value and capabilities of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales teams to understand customer requirements and business challenges.
• Design and present technical solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proof of concepts (PoCs).
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires with accurate and compelling solutions.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Product, and Technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
• Provide technical support during customer meetings, workshops, and proposal discussions.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks, technical gaps, and implementation considerations early in the sales process.
• Support pricing discussions and scope definition when needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions (Cloud, ERP, CRM, Infrastructure, SaaS, etc.).
• Excellent presentation and customer-facing communication skills.
• Experience preparing technical proposals and participating in bid processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and Delivery teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consulting firms, system integrators, or enterprise software companies.
• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft, AWS, Azure, or similar ecosystems.
• Familiarity with solution architecture and implementation methodologies.
• Certifications in relevant technologies or cloud platforms.
