We are partnering with a globally recognized Chinese technology company specializing in cutting-edge unified communication (UC) solutions, including IP phones and video conferencing systems. As part of their growing U.S. operations, the company is looking to hire a Pre-Sales Engineer to support technical engagements and business development efforts across the country.

One position will be based in Texas, and the other in New York or New Jersey
π§© Deliver pre-sales support for UCaaS endpoint solutions and oversee project delivery/maintenance
π― Lead technical solution design and manage customer requirements
π Conduct product training and live demos for clients
π€ Build strong relationships with technical counterparts at client organizations (e.g., SEs, PMs, IT managers)
π Collaborate closely with account managers to drive business growth
π Location: Must be based in Texas or New York/New Jersey
π For Chinese candidates: Valid U.S. work authorization (e.g., Green Card or long-term visa)
π§ Minimum 2 years of pre-sales experience, ideally in UC or IT hardware
π€ Excellent technical communication skills: able to lead demos, engage clients, and produce solution documentation
π Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Communications, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field
π§ Experience in unified communications or a relevant tech environment
π§ Strong analytical thinking and a customer-first mindset
π£οΈ Fluent communication skills in English; Chinese fluency is a plus
π§Ύ Able to independently conduct product presentations, client meetings, and document high-quality technical proposals
