  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, clients and third parties to define requirements and deliver successful solutions.
  • Review API documentation, technical requirements and data structures to support client integrations.
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot integration-related issues throughout the client journey.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

  • Partner with Sales throughout the sales cycle, helping clients understand and maximise the value of Moneycorp's payment and FX capabilities.
  • Build trusted relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into practical solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and emerging payments technologies, providing insight to support future strategy.
  • Support internal and external training initiatives where required.
  • Act as a strong ambassador for Moneycorp.

What We’re Looking For:

Candidates should be able to demonstrate hands-on involvement in the design, enhancement, implementation or support of API integrations and confidently discuss the role they personally played in those projects.

Payments & Domain Expertise:

  • Understanding of payment infrastructure and payment rails such as SWIFT, FPS, SEPA, ACH and RTGS.
  • Ability to quickly understand new payment technologies, client requirements and industry developments.

API & Technical Capability

  • Hands-on experience working with API-driven products, integrations or platform solutions.
  • Experience supporting, designing or implementing API integrations between systems or third-party platforms.
  • Ability to work with RESTful APIs, structured data and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Alteryx, SQL, Tableau or similar technologies.
  • Understanding of product development lifecycles and solution delivery processes.

Solution Consulting & Stakeholder Management

  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into practical technical solutions.
  • Experience delivering workshops, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts or client-facing presentations.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and solution design capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Desirable Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Exposure to liquidity, treasury or international payment solutions.
  • Experience working within FCA-regulated environments.
  • Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Experience working with global or enterprise-level clients.
  • Additional European language skills.
