Role objective
Create high-quality business and creative videos with strong animation/motion design, supported by video editing, basic 3D visual creation, and clear storytelling via storyboards.

Key responsibilities
• Create engaging animated video content with strong motion design and storytelling.
• Develop storyboards and narrative flows (shot-by-shot planning, timing, on-screen text cues, transitions, visual beats) using any suitable tool ( PowerPoint/ Adobe tools/etc.).
• Produce motion graphics and animation sequences using Adobe After Effects (typography animation, transitions, infographic-style motion, UI-style motion, logo/title sequences).
• Perform end-to-end video editing: assembling cuts, pacing, versioning, exporting for different formats using Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent editing tools).
• Create and integrate basic 3D visuals where needed (simple modelling/lighting/camera moves, or working with existing 3D assets and compositing them into videos).
• Collaborate with stakeholders, take feedback, and iterate quickly while maintaining quality and consistency.

Mandatory requirements (must-have)
Adobe After Effects – mandatory (strong hands-on capability and portfolio evidence).
Video editing tool – mandatory: Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred) or equivalent editing tools such as DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro.
Basic 3D knowledge – mandatory: ability to create/modify simple 3D elements and integrate into video workflows (tool can be any; examples include Blender / Cinema 4D / 3ds Max / Maya).
Storyboard creation – mandatory: ability to create structured storyboards for 2D/3D video sequences using any tool.
Audio integration – mandatory (basic): sync voiceover, manage pacing, align background music, and ensure clean overall sound balance.

Preferred / nice-to-have
• Strong sense of visual design: composition, typography, color balance, and motion principles (timing/easing).
• Familiarity with compositing workflows and asset preparation (Photoshop/Illustrator or equivalents).
• Ability to work fast under tight timelines and handle multiple versions/iterations.

Experience guideline (for HR sourcing)
• Preferred: 3–6 years relevant experience in motion graphics/video creation.
• Alternate (if hiring 2): 1–3 years with a strong showreel + ability to execute quickly under guidance.

Portfolio requirement
• Showreel/portfolio must include:
o Motion graphics / animation work created in After Effects
o Examples of edited video outputs (cuts, pacing, finishing)
o Evidence of storyboard thinking (frames/boards or process samples)
o If available: samples showing basic 3D integration Role & Responsibilities
