Job Description

Our client is a leading digital transformation consultancy committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions to empower businesses in the ASEAN region. With expertise in Salesforce, analytics, and digital transformation, our client helps clients optimize their operations, enhance customer engagement, and drive sustainable growth.

Critical Tasks (Maximum Critical tasks)

  • Engage with customers during the sales process to gather technical requirements and provide recommendations on Microsoft Dynamics and Azure solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the benefits of our offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling proposals, RFP responses, and presentations.
  • Provide technical expertise to address customer questions, concerns, and objections.
  • Work with the implementation team to ensure smooth handover of projects after the sale.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics and Azure features and updates.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials and technical documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations.


Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field

Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of Pre-Sale Consultant experience or related fields


Preferred Knowledge

  • Proven experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, or solution architecture, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics and Azure.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, etc.) and Azure Cloud services (e.g., Azure App Services, Azure Active Directory, Azure Storage, etc.).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into tailored technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in preparing and delivering product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer-facing documents.
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and/or Azure are
  • Ability to speak English is preferred
