Job Description
The
Pre-Sales Cold Caller will be responsible for receiving leads from applicants
interested in this job contacting truck
owner-operators, and generating detailed profiles from the leads that are recieved. The Pre-Sales Cold Caller must complete a minimum of 15 profiles
daily and perform 150+ calls per day.
Key
Responsibilities:
Receive
and manage leads provided by the company.
- Make
outbound calls to truck owner-operators.
- Gather
necessary information to create detailed profiles.
Ensure
a minimum of 15 profiles are completed each day.
Use
CRM tools to track interactions and maintain accurate records.
Communicate
effectively with the recruitment team for seamless lead transitions.
Required
Qualifications:
1.
Experience:
At
least 1-2 years of phone sales or customer service experience.
- Familiarity
with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Previous
experience in the trucking or logistics industry is preferred.
2.
Skills:
Excellent
verbal communication skills.
Strong
organizational and time management abilities.
Ability
to multitask and meet daily targets.
Attention
to detail for accurate profile creation.
3.
Education:
High
school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional
training in sales or customer service is a plus.
Key
Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Complete
a minimum of 15 profiles per day.
- Maintain
an 85% accuracy rate in profile information.
- Respond
to leads within 24 hours of receipt.
Compensation:
Base
salary with potential for performance-based incentives. ($225.00
Weekly)
