Responsibilities & Requirements

The Pre Registration I role supports patient care and operational reliability by collecting and verifying patient demographic and insurance information prior to scheduled appointments, ensuring a smooth registration process and accurate financial clearance. This position helps facilitate timely access to services and supports compliance with regulatory and confidentiality standards. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program. High school diploma or GED. Experience in customer service, office, or healthcare setting.

Preferred Qualifications

Completion of coursework in medical terminology or healthcare administration. Prior experience in patient access, registration, or insurance verification within a healthcare environment.
