About the Role:Join The Goddard School of Simpsonville (Five Forks) as a Pre K Teacher, where you will inspire and nurture the minds of our curious 4-year-olds. This role offers a unique opportunity to create a fun and engaging learning environment that fosters creativity and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive and social development.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment for all children.
• Assess and monitor children's progress and adapt activities to meet individual learning needs.
• Encourage positive relationships among children and foster teamwork through group activities.
• Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child's development and progress.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and share best practices.
• Stay updated on early childhood education trends and incorporate innovative teaching methods.

Requirements:
Minimum High School Diploma

• Some education in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in young children.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Positive attitude, patience, and enthusiasm for working with young learners.
