We are hiring a Pre-K Homeroom Teacher for a multigrade class of children aged 3–5 years There is a shared application process for all homeroom positions in the school (Pre-K and Primary), as we aim to select the most outstanding IB PYP practitioners while balancing this with experience and skills suited to specific age groups.
As a Pre-K Homeroom Teacher, you will:
Act as class teacher and tutor, maintaining close communication with families and supporting students’ integration into the school.
Lead planning and delivery of IB Primary Years Programme units of inquiry, ensuring a transdisciplinary approach that integrates early learning across subject areas.
Deliver foundational learning in language development, early mathematics, natural and social sciences, and creative arts through play-based inquiry.
Collaborate with specialist teachers for Arabic, Spanish, and Islamic Studies.
Create a nurturing, stimulating environment that supports social-emotional development and early literacy and numeracy skills
Differentiate instruction for a multigrade early years class and a diverse, multilingual student population, ensuring all learners thrive.
Contribute to curriculum development adapted to the local context while meeting IB standards.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Fluency in English (additional languages an advantage).
