We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team as a pre-hire compliance expert. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our hiring processes align with legal and regulatory standards. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting background checks and coordinating employee health checks for new hires.
