About the role

As Pre‑Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end management of the pre‑delivery process, ensuring vehicles are prepared, quality‑checked and delivered on time. You’ll lead and develop a dedicated PDI team while working closely with Sales, Service and Operations to keep vehicles moving efficiently through the site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full pre‑delivery inspection (PDI) process for new vehicles
• Lead, train and performance‑manage the Pre‑Delivery team
• Ensure vehicles meet BYD quality, compliance and presentation standards
• Coordinate vehicle flow to support sales delivery timelines
• Identify and resolve issues impacting readiness or turnaround times
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised PDI environment
• Work closely with Sales, Service and Logistics to optimise operations

About you

• Proven experience as a Pre‑Delivery Manager, PDI Supervisor or similar automotive leadership role
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and vehicle readiness processes
• Confident leader with the ability to motivate and manage teams
• Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
• EV experience is advantageous, but not essential
