Who are we looking for?

We’re seeking a trainee or qualified pre-delivery fitter to join our Lidcombe team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.

What you'll do:

• Oversee pre-delivery inspections to ensure all vehicles meet Toyota and dealership standards.
• Fit accessories as required – no two days are the same!
• Complete and manage vehicle quality checklists.
• Accurately enter vehicle details into dealership systems.
• Organise and maintain vehicle storage across multiple sites.
• Move, park, and fuel vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Support the team with preparing vehicles for customer delivery.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised workspace.

What you'll bring:

• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer literacy; experience with dealership systems (TUNE, SAP) is a bonus.
• A current NSW driver’s licence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• A focus on safety and following WHS procedures.

Previous automotive experience is beneficial but not required — full training is provided.
