  • Develop and execute pursuit and win strategies for key opportunities

  • Oversee the end-to-end bid process, ensuring submissions are compliant, competitive, and on time

  • Collaborate with estimating, engineering, commercial, and delivery teams to develop strong proposals

  • Build and maintain senior client relationships to strengthen positioning and win probability

  • Present bid strategies and recommendations to executive stakeholders

  • Ensure effective handover from the bid phase to project delivery

Your Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Commerce, or related discipline

  • Strong track record leading and winning bids and delivering projects across solar, wind, BESS, or similar large-scale EPC projects

  • Proven experience in a senior pre-contract, bid management, or commercial leadership role

  • Demonstrated experience managing bid teams and complex tender processes

  • Strong commercial acumen, including risk analysis, pricing strategy, and contract understanding

  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams

Please note: relevant screening checks, including a national criminal history check and pre-employment medical, may be required.
