Pre‑Construction Manager
Location: Based from either our Walsall, Warrington, or Trafford office.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pre‑Construction Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will lead all aspects of the pre‑construction phase, ensuring projects are set up for success from day one.
Experience in planned works is essential, along with a proven background in refurbishment, retrofit, and high‑rise residential schemes
