The Pre-Commissioning Supervisor will oversee and coordinate all pre-commissioning activities to ensure systems are completed, tested, and ready for commissioning in line with project specifications, safety standards, and client requirements.
Supervise pre-commissioning activities including cleaning, flushing, drying, testing, and inspection
Ensure systems are mechanically complete and ready for commissioning
Coordinate with construction, commissioning, QA/QC, and HSE teams
Review and execute pre-commissioning procedures and checklists
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and statutory regulations
Identify and resolve pre-commissioning issues and punch points
Prepare daily progress reports and handover documentation
Support smooth handover of systems to the commissioning team
Diploma in Engineering or relevant technical qualification
4–5 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects
Previous experience on projects in Qatar is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of pre-commissioning activities and procedures
Good communication skills in English
