Job Purpose
Will
report to the VP of function providing executive level support including a variety
of key administrative and coordination functions, often handling strategic any confidential
assignments, report and presentation development, and working cooperatively with
a large and diverse Global leadership team and Corporate Executive group

·Supervisors & Managers should demonstrate effective safety
leadership for the health and safety arrangements of all subordinates and for
any persons visiting them while on the Company premises
QUALITY
·Responsible for being familiar with the Company's Quality
policies and takes an active role in the compliance and improvement of Weatherford’s
Management System
·Maintains service quality as immediate priorities when working
across all areas of the business and continually seeks areas for improvement
OPERATIONS
·Works closely with the VP as trusted assistant, anticipating
needs and requirements for timely response to critical matters and daily
activies
·Applies proactive approach in decision-making and work
prioritization
·Works often with only remote access to the VP, who operates in
an environment of an extensive portfolio of global responsivilities within the
group
·Prepares materials for conferences, correspondence,
appointments, meetings, etc.
·Coordinates meetings both on-site and off-site to include
accommodations, meals. Etc as required in a fuction with a global remit
·Ensures effective time management of VP
·Assists executive with administrative details, often of a
confidential nature
·Maintain calendar and conference/,eeting schedules
·Answers telephone and gives appropriate information to callers
or routes call to appropratie party, always with a view to maintainting the
efficiency and effectiveness of the VP, while ensuring a focus on key
relationships is maintained
COMMUNICATION
·Maintains effective communications with all key stakeholders
both internal and where appropriate external
·Supervisors & Managers should clearly communicate
expectations, roles and responsibilities to their reports
FINANCIAL
·All employees have an accountability to the organisation to be
financially responsible whether they are in charge of a function budget or
simply their own expenses
·Costs incurred should be within approved budget, processed
within agreed time frames & following the relevant financial policy and
procedure
PEOPLE & DEVELOPMENT
·Employees have a responsibility for developing their own careers
within the Company including completing all necessary function, compliance
& business standards training to enhance their knowledge, skills and
experience
·Employees should engage on a regular basis with their line
manager to discuss their personal performance, objectives and opportunities to
enhance their skills and experience to support their career potential

support talent management through Weatherford’s performance management process,
including but not limited to talent assessments, succession planning &
regular coaching opportunities
·Supervisors should collaborate with Human Resources &
Training Development to drive strategies for the recruitment & retention of

retention of a high performing talented workforce

Experience & Education
REQUIRED
·7+ years experience supporting at an executive level
·Associate degree in Business or related field preferred

·Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Visio
·Excellent oral and written communication skills (including
exceptional reading, writing and math skills; ability to interpret and follow a
variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form

·Ability to prioritize work assignments
·Knowledge of billing practices and controls
·Exceptional interpersonal skills to work and interact with all
levels of the employee population including the Company Executive and the
Global Supply Chain Leadership team

intuitively understand the needs of the VP
