Job Location: Pawhuska - PAWHUSKA, OK 74056 Position Type: Regular Full-TimeUnder general direction, the PRC RN Case manager will provide professional nursing services to administer the clinical component of the Purchased/Referred Care (PRC) program. This position will report to the PRC Supervisor and work directly with the Chief Medical Officer to review the care of patients referred from the WZZHC and other IHS/Tribal facilities to non-IHS facilities. Qualifications
Required Qualifications - Bachelors or Associate Degree of Science in Nursing required - 3 or more years of nursing experience - Must possess current, unrestricted, Oklahoma Registered Nurse license General
Qualifications - 1 or more year of case management experience preferred - Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance that positively represents the Osage Nation Health System - Basic knowledge of the Indian Health Services healthcare system; tribal and federal - Must be Familiar with case management, patient care coordination, chronic disease management and tracking - Requires a high level of personal integrity and ethics - Requires a high level of problem solving skills - Requires competent nursing assessment skills - Requires willingness and ability to learn new skills, including travel to conferences and training sessions - Requires ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs and Electronic Health Record - Current Basic Life Support certification or obtained within 90 days - Requires good interpersonal communication and team work skills - Must be able to pass a criminal background check - Must be able to pass drug/alcohol testing - Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record – may be required to drive GSA or tribal vehicles
