This role can be done hybrid: 2 days from the office in Wrocław.

Your role:Based in Wroclaw, you'll be a key member of our Global Legal Services Center, supporting legal operations across the entire company worldwide. You'll draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts while advising business stakeholders on legal compliance and risk management. Your day-to-day will involve managing contract lifecycles - from initial discussions through negotiations, extensions, and terminations - while ensuring all activities align with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards. You'll collaborate across borders with teams globally, engage with external partners when needed, and respond quickly to legal inquiries while managing your workload through our ticketing system. This role offers real autonomy and the chance to drive process improvements within our legal services operations. You'll grow your expertise in commercial law, data protection, and corporate governance while building relationships across a multinational organization.

Who you are:

  • Master's degree in Law or equivalent postgraduate legal qualification with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on legal services experience, ideally in contract management, commercial law, or in-house legal support roles.
  • Fluent in English with the ability to draft complex legal documents, communicate clearly with international stakeholders, and present your analysis with confidence. Very good German language skills are a plus.
  • Strong contract management skills, including the ability to draft, review, and negotiate agreements while identifying legal risks and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, particularly data protection laws.
  • Experienced with MS Office suite and comfortable learning ticketing or task management systems to organize your workload and collaborate efficiently with the team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, global environment and build strong relationships across different departments and time zones.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven, with strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine commitment to process standardization and continuous improvement in legal operations.
  • Accountable and independent, taking initiative to manage your responsibilities while knowing when to escalate or seek input from colleagues and stakeholders.
