Zadania i odpowiedzialność:

  • Udział w projektowaniu procesów technologicznych dla łopatek oraz komponentów do turbin
  • Opracowywanie norm czasowych dla operacji technologicznych
  • Opracowywanie instrukcji do realizacji procesów technologicznych
  • Udział w przygotowywaniu ofert i planowaniu budżetów projektowych
  • Prowadzenie uzgodnień technicznych i współpraca z innymi komórkami Zakładu Produkcji Turbin w zakresie swoich kompetencji
  • Współpraca z warsztatem
  • Udział w programach z zakresu stabilizacji i usprawniania procesu produkcyjnego, poprawy jakości i redukcji kosztów

Kompetencje zawodowe/wymagania:

  • Wykształcenie minimum średnie, preferowane wyższe techniczne
  • Wiedza z zakresu metod wytwarzania komponentów do turbin
  • Umiejętność szacowania pracochłonności etapów procesów produkcyjnych
  • Umiejętność interpretacji dokumentacji konstrukcyjnej, w tym znajomość rysunku technicznego
  • Obsługa systemów CAD, CAM
  • Umiejętność pracy zespołowej
  • Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia
  • Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego, w tym znajomość terminologii technicznej

Responsibilities:

  • Participation in the design of manufacturing processes for turbine blades and components
  • Development of time standards for technological operations
  • Preparation of work instructions for manufacturing processes
  • Participation in preparing bids and planning project budgets
  • Conducting technical consultations and collaborating with other departments within the Turbine Manufacturing Facility
  • Collaboration with the machine shop/production floor
  • Participation in programs focused on stabilizing and improving production processes, quality enhancement, and cost reduction

Professional Requirements:

  • Minimum secondary education, higher technical education preferred
  • Knowledge of manufacturing methods for turbine components
  • Ability to estimate labor consumption (man-hours) for production stages
  • Ability to interpret engineering documentation, including proficiency in technical drawing
  • Knowledge of CAD/CAM soft
  • Teamwork skills
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Good command of English, including technical terminology
