How do consumers, citizens and organisations make decisions – and what drives their behaviour acrossdifferent categoriesand contexts?

In our Marketand Consumer Understandingteam, we work across the full spectrum of market research – from large-scale, continuous multi-client studies to ad hoc U&Asandin-depth consumer journey analyses across a wide range of industries.

We combine methodological excellence with strategic thinking to generate insights that help our clients understand marketsand consumers,identifyopportunitiesand make better decisions.

Within this broader context, we place particular emphasis on key future-oriented topics such as sustainability,inclusionand technology The use of AI in both our analytical tools and daily work is standard practice, enabling us to work faster,smarterand more impactful.

As a full-time intern, you will support our consultants on national and international projects, working with real client questions from day one. After a structured onboarding, you will take ownership of clearly defined tasks and actively contribute to research,analysisand storytelling.

You will gain hands-on experience across a diverse range of methodologies,industriesand topics – buildinga strong foundationfor a career in market research and consulting.

WhatYou’llBe Doing

  • Support the planning,executionand analysis of a broad range of market research projects (e.g. multi-client studies, U&As, consumer journeys)

  • Contribute to projects across different industries and topics, including sustainability, technology,mediaor finance

  • Prepare charts,insightsand client-ready presentations (PowerPointor Google Slides)

  • Support qualitative and quantitative research activities, including surveys,interviewsor workshops

  • Contribute to marketing and thought leadership activities, e.g. drafting LinkedIn posts,articlesand content pieces onvarious topics, including sustainability

  • Work with modern tools and approaches, including AI-supported analysis

  • Take ownership of clearly scoped tasks or small workstreams with guidance from your supervisor

Ideal Skills & Experience

  • Youare currently enrolled at a German university in a degree such as business, economics, social sciences, psychology, environmental studiesor a related field

  • You have a strong interest in market research, consumerbehaviourand business-relevant insights across different topics (e.g. sustainability, technology, media, finance)

  • You are curious about future-oriented topics such as sustainability,inclusionand technological developments (incl. AI)

  • You work in a structured,reliableand independent way, and enjoy teamwork

  • You communicate clearly and confidently in German and English

  • You have an interest in content creation,communicationor marketing (e.g. LinkedIn, articles, thought leadership)

  • You are comfortable working with MS Office, especially PowerPoint
