Aufgaben

  • Mittendrin statt nur dabei: Du unterstützt aktiv im Unterricht und hilfst bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung – Hand in Hand mit erfahrenen Lehrpersonen.
  • Individuell begleiten: Du arbeitest mit Kindern mit besonderen sprachlichen Bedürfnissen und hilfst ihnen, kleine und grosse Entwicklungsschritte zu machen.
  • Teamwork auf Augenhöhe: Du bist Teil des interdisziplinären Teams vor Ort – und unterstützt auch in der Tagesbetreuung oder bei organisatorischen Aufgaben mit.

  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern – besonders jenen, die etwas mehr Unterstützung brauchen.
  • Eine verantwortungsbewusste, organisierte und zuverlässige Art.
  • Offenheit, Neugier und Lust, Neues zu lernen – im Team und von den Kindern.
