Du unterstütztaktiv im gesamtenRecruitingprozess für Praktikantinnen und Praktikanten und Werkstudierende
Im allgemeinen unterstützt Du bei der Planung und im Tagesgeschäft der Ausbildungsabteilung sowie bei der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern (Fachbereiche, HR und Betriebsrat)
Du kannst bei Teilprojekten im Bereich Employer Branding und Ausbildungsmarketing einen Einblick erhalten
Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich Teilprojekte im Ausbildungsprozess
Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehört die Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption, Entwicklung und Optimierung neuer und bestehender Prozesse
Du unterstützt bei der Planung, Teilnahme und Evaluation von zielgruppenspezifischen Messenund Events (Tag der Ausbildung, Berufswegekompass, Campus Careers etc.)
Aktuelles Studium der Wirtschaftspsychologie, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftspädagogik o.ä., im Bachelor oder Master
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
Zuverlässige, selbstständige und systematische Arbeitsweise
Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im HR Bereich oder im Recruiting
Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
Freude an der Teamarbeit, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
