Benieuwd wat er allemaal komt kijken bij grote financieringstransacties en het financiële toezicht? Tijdens de Praktijkdag Financial Markets Group op donderdag 8 april 2027 krijg je de kans om onze praktijkgroep van dichtbij te leren kennen en zelf te ervaren hoe het is om binnen Financial Markets te werken.
Van 14.00 tot 19.00 uur krijg je een kijkje in de verschillende juridische aspecten van financieringen: van civiel-, toezicht- en ondernemingsrecht tot het puzzelen aan de beste financieringsstructuur. Je gaat aan de slag met onderhandelingen met banken, internationale samenwerkingen en vraagstukken rondom financieel toezicht. Kortom: een veelzijdige praktijk waarin geen dag hetzelfde is. Na het inhoudelijke programma sluiten we de middag gezellig af met een hapje, drankje en een leuke activiteit. Een mooie gelegenheid om onze advocaten en andere studenten beter te leren kennen en de sfeer binnen Stibbe te ervaren.
