JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Retail Intern to join our Human Resources team at PRADA Head Office in Milan.
This internship represents an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Retail Talent Acquisition within a luxury environment, supporting the full recruitment lifecycle and contributing to activities closely connected to our stores and retail network.
The intern will work in close collaboration with the Retail HR Manager, supporting recruitment processes and gaining direct exposure to the luxury retail business, including in-store activities.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong interest in Retail, Talent Acquisition, and the luxury industry
Very good command of English; Italian is a plus
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude
Flexibility and willingness to spend time in store environments
