JOB PURPOSE
Support the WW Store Operations area with a focus on managing retail transformation initiatives, particularly the transition to the new SAP S/4HANA system. This includes rethinking all retail store back-office and HQ processes with a “greenfield” approach, aimed at defining a global template across brands and countries, while working in close collaboration with Finance, IT, and Distribution/Supply Chain functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Master’s degree, preferably in scientific, economic, or language-related fields;
Proven project experience, preferably in an international environment;
Results-oriented mindset and ability to work towards objectives;
Ability to learn quickly and operate in a dynamic, agile environment;
Strong knowledge of retail processes (both store and HQ), along with understanding of distribution/supply chain processes and solid awareness of financial impacts;
Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills, with the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders at different levels of seniority and backgrounds;
Strong problem-solving, solution-oriented thinking, and time management skills;
Ability to manage and coordinate both internal and external resources;
Team player, comfortable working in multicultural environments;
Strong analytical skills;
Fluent in Italian and English;
Willingness to travel.
