JOB PURPOSE:
The Prada In-Store Visual Merchandiser carries out the fitouts of shop windows and interiors, implementing the guidelines defined by the HQ / HO Visual Merchandising Department, in compliance with the highest qualitative standards, the brand image, and the Prada products, with the purpose of increasing sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Ensure the maintenance of the relevant fitouts of store windows and interiors on a daily basis.
Carrie out needed changes according to store merchandising, sales trend, market peculiarities, customer target and reference competitors, in compliance with the guidelines provided by the HQ VM Department.
Tightly cooperate with Headquarters’ Retail Merchandising for the implementation of fitouts fostering customer traffic and sales growth through the identification of appropriate outfits for the market, the customers and the season.
Provide appropriate indications to the Store Manager and Category Department Manager so that they may contribute to the maintenance of the fitout of their own departments inside the store.
Train the entire staff on the basic of Visual Merchandising.
Promptly send pictures of periodical fitouts and fitout changes to the HQ VM Department based on requested timing in order to allow corrections and consequent fitout changes.
Liaise with the HQ VM and Retail Merchandising, to periodically provide information on implemented fitouts as well as sales feedbacks by product category, monitoring competitors and the local market in general.
Give a feedback on the condition of store interiors, shop windows, display elements and objects ; keep under control the daily maintenance of the visual items.
Oversee the visual props management and their eventual replenishment, returns or destruction.
Cooperate with the HQ Communication & PR Functions for the implementation of In-Store Events and Press Presentations at the store.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Solid experience in Visual Merchandising
Strong knowledge of the department store environment
Autonomous, rigorous, ability to work in team as well as alone
High understanding of the luxury industry : products, clients, market
Fluent in both French and English, other language will be a plus
