JOB PURPOSE
You are the first Prada Ambassador in the store, fostering a culture of Empathy, Warmth, Passion and Proactivity in line with Prada Client Experience. You will support the Store Manager in bringing to the store to full potential, achieving business results and qualitative objectives. You will also plan and cascades training programs in line with global, local and store priorities, promotes a culture of Shadowing: Observation, Feedback and Coaching at all Store levels and support the Store Leadership in Team development and driving performance of individual Client Advisors.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Bachelor Degree in learning and development fields, human resources management, psychology, or a related field or vocational training.
5+ years of experience in the retail training field or in a retail managerial role.
Completed trainer qualification and relevant professional experience
In-depth knowledge of talent management and/or personnel development methods and tools
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Strong coordination and organizational skills, with a high level of communication ability
Fluent English is required
