JOB PURPOSE
Pivotal role focused on decision support, aiding business leaders to increase profit and growth through insightful analysis and strategic interpretation of data. The role supports the Financial Planning process, sales analysis and managerial reporting across the store network, ensuring a deep understanding of the financial and operational performance of the business, in compliance with company policies, standards and processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Degree in Economics or related field;
Significant experience in a similar controlling / business partnering role, ideally gained within international organizations;
Excellent IT skills, able to work with different data sources and a large number of software applications;
Excellent Excel skills and strong ability to produce and analyse financial reports;
Commercially astute, articulate and technically strong, with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational level;
Exceptional communication, leadership and mentoring skills at all levels;
Strategic thinking combined with the flexibility to operate as a hands-on team member;
High integrity and openness, combined with a commitment to good governance;
Energetic, entrepreneurial and highly motivated, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence in pursuit of business growth and success;
Resilient and determined, with the ability to influence and shape the business;
Fluent English; knowledge of the Italian language is preferred.
