You are the Store Manager’s right hand and trusted deputy, expected to take ownership and lead the store whenever required. As a Prada Assistant Store Manager, you are a passionate Brand Ambassador and business leader who embodies and promotes the Prada philosophy and values within the local market, to the Store team, and to every Client. You are commercially driven and take accountability for supporting the Store Manager in delivering strong overall store performance. This includes analysing business reports, identifying opportunities, and implementing effective action plans. You deliver an exceptional Client experience by maintaining a strong presence on the sales floor, leading by example, and always placing the Client at the heart of every decision. You are an inspiring and motivating leader who empowers the team to achieve business objectives while maximising individual potential and development. You oversee all operational activities within the Store, ensuring that Company policies and procedures are implemented proactively and consistently, while maintaining full compliance with corporate guidelines.
Proven experience in managing a boutique or a department store within the luxury or premium retail sector.
Strong understanding of luxury retail and product knowledge.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and Dutch; additional languages would be an advantage.
Good understanding of the local client market and customer portfolio.
