At Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP, our people are our greatest asset. We’re looking for a highly-organized, collaborative, detail-oriented Practice Support, Records Assistant to join our Private Client Services team.
In this role, you will provide operational, administrative, records, and document management support for the practice group, with primary responsibility for the secure administration, organization, and integrity of confidential physical and electronic client materials. You will serve as a liaison among lawyers, paralegals, Legal Practice Assistants, Information Governance, and other firm departments to support accurate, timely handling of client records. You will also assist with lawyer and client transitions, document projects, and the development of consistent processes and procedures that strengthen efficiency, confidentiality, and service delivery.

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, accrued paid time off plan starting at 20 days annually, personal medical and parental leave, up to 10 paid holidays, and family care benefits. This position may be filled in the following location. The listed compensation range reflects the typical pay for this role, though it is rare for new hires to receive an offer at the top of the range. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
Seattle compensation range: $50,850 - $72,370 annually
