We are looking for an experienced and proactive Practice Support Executive (PSE) to support the CTFS team. This is a part-time role (21 hours per week) on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This role will provide high‑level, hands‑on support to partners and the associate team, working closely with clients, Business Development and wider support functions. The successful candidate will support 1 Partner in the team, and will be a confidentindividual who enjoys managing competing priorities, takes ownership, and can work at pace with minimal escalation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing busy diaries with constantly changing priorities
  • Handling expenses, billing and disbursement queries
  • Managing matter openings end to end, including conflict checks and engagement letters
  • Acting as a confident, client‑facing point of contact
  • Working closely with BD, supporting marketing campaigns and client initiatives
  • Producing and amending documents as needed

Skills and Experience Required

  • Organised, proactive and solutions‑focused
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and clients
  • Strong judgement and attention to detail, especially with complex information
  • Calm and resilient in a fast‑paced environment
  • Able to adapt communication style and work collaboratively with others
  • Experience in a professional services environment, with exposure to matter management and billing
